STAZZI SAN BIAGIO

If you are looking for a Agritourism for sale in Sardinia the stazzi of San Biagio are undoubtedly a sound investment

We are located in the municipality of Luogosanto, nestled in the Gallurese hinterland just a 25-minute drive from the Emerald Coast in a barycentric position that allows easy travel to the coastal area of Aglientu - Palau and the municipalities of upper Gallura.

Olbia with its port and international airport is about 45 minutes from the farm

This fantastic property stretches for about 40 hectares from the Church of San Biagio, located within the property, to the river Liscia.

There are four buildings on the estate: the first to be built is the typical Gallura farmhouse, the stazzu gallurese, which dates back to the late 19th/early 20th century and is located in a dominant position overlooking the entire valley and sheltered from the mistral and north winds

This ancient dwelling, once the hub of rural life, is in good structural condition and consists of granite blocks underneath the plaster.

In addition to the stazzu gallurese for sale two buildings were built in the 2000s for agritourism activities, each of which comprises three residential units with an independent bathroom, a kitchenette and a wooden mezzanine.

Subsequently, in 2007, a third stazzo was built in two bodies with a total of four rooms with bathroom.

The latter artefact lacks some finishing touches.

There is also a hayloft and some artefacts for housing animals.

The facility has been in operation as an agritourism from 2006 to 2019 but obviously also lends itself to the management of Rural Tourism.

VALUABLE RESOURCE

The farm for sale Arzachena has a water system that ensures, together with some cisterns, the supply of the buildings while the land below the stazzu  can count on the presence of two dams, which in turn are supplied by spring water and which in ancient times allowed the cultivation of orchards and vineyards

Continuing along the road through the property to the River LisciaIt is possible to appreciate a high presence of cork and wild olive trees, sometimes centuries old as shown by a specimen about 600 years old, and other characteristic essences including myrtle, lavender and lentisk.

LA CONCA FRAICATA

In the descent along the river, completely camouflaged among the characteristic granite masses and dense vegetation, it is possible to reach an ancient cave enclosed by man with granite blocks better known to the locals as the Conca Fraicata.

The largely arable land is well suited to being cultivated and/or used for livestock farming.

The property could be used, as required, for RURAL TOURISM and RURAL HOTEL
